Campus

The main campus which is located in Sector 46-A, Chandigarh. It is lush green and welcoming spanning across two and a half acres of land. The process of teaching-learning unfolds with the tweeting of birds and a visual treat of flowers and butterflies. The campus has separate playgrounds for primary children and senior school children. The school grounds are beautifully landscaped with a variety of flora.
Currently, the main buildings and all open areas are designed in a manner that enables linking the indoors with the outdoors. Outdoor learning areas are located throughout the school and students are taken outside very often in order to help them stay connected with nature.

The classrooms are spacious and well-ventilated with an ergonomic design. Adequate space and proper ventilation are crucial for comfortable and focused learning. A library plays a very important part in the learning process of the school as it’s a counterpart of any good school’s infrastructure. Ashiana has an extensive well-stocked library. Maths Lab

The lab is equipped with a variety of tools such as geometry tool kits, Abacuses, Fraction discs, Tangrams, The power of 2, 3D solids, Clocks, Angle sum property of quadrilateral, construction of Parabola, Place value kits, Skip counting board, various operational charts for juniors, etc. These resources help students visualise and understand topics in arithmetic, algebra, geometry and statistics in an interactive manner.

Junior Wing
The highlight of the Pre-School building is a large colourful rubberized play-area. The building also boasts of a beautifully and thoughtfully designed activity room where children can play with blocks and picture cards, stuffed animals and other educational toys which enhance learning and make it fun and interesting. There is also an outdoor area for fun and playtime that includes swings, jungle gyms, a tree house and a sandpit amongst other exciting things.

Counsellor room and special education
Ashiana has a full-time qualified, and experienced counsellor who is also a special education teacher. She is very devoted to the needs of special students and dedicates her time to help them in every way possible in school. She is also open to discussion with parents.

The campus has open air playgrounds. Physical well-being is very important for the child’s growth and over-all development. We offer outdoor games that include, but are not limited to badminton, skating, football and cricket. We also have a basketball court and multipurpose sports areas. We teach the students gardening, tree-planting, yoga, monkeynastix, taekwondo, kho-kho, kabaddi, etc. in addition to all this, we also have a beautiful, well-designed open air multipurpose auditorium.

Recreational room and Indoor games

The School lays emphasis on indoor games like chess, table tennis, carom, etc and extra-curricular activities too which include music, dance, art and craft, zumba, aerobics, theatre, public speaking, etc. for developing various skills in the students. We also have an audio-visual room among other facilities.
