World Earth Day was celebrated  at Ashiana Public School with great enthusiasm. The event commenced with a cleanliness drive to ensure that the students keep their surroundings clean and tidy. Children also participated in creative activities such as Colouring, Painting, Poster Making , Best Out of Waste , Newspaper Carry Bags Making etc. following the theme: Earth has enough for everyone's need but not everyone's greed , displaying their artistic and linguistic skills while showcasing their awareness about conserving natural resources . Emphasis was laid on cleanliness, saving water and electricity which are necessities of life.  The Director & Principal reminded the children of their responsibility towards Mother Earth and administered to protect and save our fast depleting natural resources .The students of the Junior Wing prepared head gears depicting cleaner, greener earth. The day concluded with a message to respect natural inheritance and be good care taken of their plant.
