As per the CBSE guidelines, the school follows the continuous and comprehensive aspect of CCE which carries the continuous and periodic aspect of assessment.
It consists of all round development of child’s personality through Scholastic and Co-Scholastic aspects.
1.Regular class tests and Term Examination which are conducted at the end of each term.
2.The Class tests will be held on regular basis as a part of the curriculum throughout the year and the prior intimation for the same will be given in the diary.
3.The academic session is divided into two terms i.e.
( The term exam( Summative Assessment) will be held in the month of September.)
(The term exam (Summative Assessment)will be held in the month of March.)
The Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation System
The continuous and comprehensive aspect of CCE carries the continuous and periodic aspect of assessment.
It consists of all round development of child`s personality through Scholastic and Co-Scholastic aspects.
The Scholastic aspects are evaluated through Formative and Summative Assessments.
Formative Assessment includes:
• Paper- pen test
• Class work and Home work
• Practical skills in different subjects
• Worksheets
• Class tests
• Assignments/Activities
• Holiday Home work
• Class Behaviour
• OTBA ( Open Text Book Assignment)
Summative Assessment includes a graded examination
The Co–Scholastic aspect will be evaluated through
• Life skills
• Participation in Co–Curricular Activities
• Values and Attitudes
The academic session is divided into two terms i.e.
• Term –I ( April to September)
• Term–II (October to March).

*ASL includes assessment of Speaking and Listening skills for Languages which is inclusive of the following:-
*Practical skills which includes lab activities for Science & Mathematics and Map Work for Social Science.
