A  session on acupressure, colour therapy and magnet therapy was conducted for the faculty of Ashiana Public School, Sector 46 and Toddlers Ashiana, Sector 9, Chandigarh on 10th January 2019 . The facilitators explained the pressure points and the use of seeds to increase the effect of pressure given. Oracular therapy which involves pressure points on the ear was demonstrated. Colour and magnet therapy which can be self administrated was explained. The effect of pressure therapy is use only on relieving physical ailments but also on calming the mind and emotions. Books on the some along with seeds and magnets were made available for the teachers. Both above workshops were attended by the entire staff of both the branches of Ashiana. The director, Mrs. Lalita Prakash endeavoured to establish a progressive environment for teachers to develop themselves and exhibit their full potential.
