School plays an important role in the personality development of the students. This is the need of the hour as it is essential for the holistic development of children and their survival in this competitive world. Keeping this in view, the school in collaboration with Confederation of Indian Industry (CCI) conducted an interactive session for classes IX and X. The session was conducted by Mr. Ankur Malhotra, Director of TRINITI Center of Learning, Chandigarh.He and his team has successfully groomed and trained lakhs of students to polish their personalities. The programme focussed on the key points for success such as positive attitude , self-motivation, courage, strength, management of emotions such as fear and anger, problem solving and decision making skills. The session comprised of various examples to make the students understand what true success means. The students were given many useful tips on personal grooming in addition to the various means to imbibe discipline, punctuality, personal hygiene, positive attitude etc. which are vital for success in any field. Various methods such as discussions, group activities, questionnaires, individual exercises and practice sessions were adopted to reinforce the importance of possessing polished personalities. The session proved to be highly beneficial in grooming the children and inculcating in them the spirit of physical and mental well being
